8pm – Trinity-St. Pauls-Centre
It’s a party and you’re invited! Not only are you invited but YOU get to choose the music!
Because group of 27 has some of the finest musicians in Toronto, they’re able to perform at the highest level even while sight-reading. Enjoy a party atmosphere as you, the audience, choose each movement of a symphony the orchestra plays – right there on the spot. Through clapping, hand-raising, smart-phone voting, and even an auction, you pick four different movements to make a symphony!
7:30PM – Heliconian Hall
TSO bassoonist Samuel Banks is May’s recital soloist and displays once again the incredible individual talent of g27. Join us May 12, 7:30 p.m. at Heliconian Hall, 35 Hazelton Ave and get to know your group of twenty-seven. Complimentary food provided by Cheese Magic and Wanda’s Pie in the Sky.
